Rise Up Squad

Rise Up Squad is a transformative empowerment program designed specifically for junior high and high school boys, ages 12–18, who are facing academic, behavioral, or social challenges. Rooted in the mission of Hard2Hero Teen Empowerment, this program offers a safe, supportive environment where young men can break free from cycles of struggle and discover their true potential. Through a dynamic blend of mentorship, personal development workshops, academic support, and creative expression, participants are guided to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. Rise Up Squad is more than just a program—it’s a brotherhood. Each member is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides consistent guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Group sessions foster authentic connections, allowing boys to share experiences, set goals, and celebrate progress together. The curriculum addresses real-life issues such as self-identity, emotional regulation, leadership, and positive decision-making, equipping participants with practical tools for success in and out of the classroom.
